poor comfort

the hotel was definitely not as fancy as I imagined, what a letdown! the pillows were absoluetly horrendous, causing neck pain during my precious stay. Also, I expected a special treatment for being a distinguished guest but all I got was a room with locked windows. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The check-in area feels like a parking lot!!! Locked windows in the room were quite disappointing. A stronger air conditioning system would be appreciated when battling the intense summer heat!!!

the rooms were impeccably clean and well-equipped with complete toiletries. the breakfast offered a fantastic variety of traditional japanese dishes. staff were very accommodating, even assisting with our luggage during our room change.

The location stands out, being a quiet 10-minute walk from the Odakyu train station and just under five minutes from JR. The breakfast offered a wonderful selection of traditional dishes, adding a local touch to the stay. We enjoyed the clean, spacious rooms and loved how close we were to places like Sakuragaoka Park. The staff were super friendly, making our stay even better. Don’t skip breakfast. it was a great way to start the day. Perfectly located for exploring the area!

We did face an issue with some noise from nearby facilities, which disrupted our relaxation a bit. Not the ideal scenario for a group trip.
